Shipping Zones

We ship MilanoDrop products worldwide, including (but not limited to): United Kingdom, European Union, Switzerland, Canada, United States, and Australia.

Order Processing Time

  • Order processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • France & European Union: 3–7 business days.

  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 4–8 business days.

  • North America: 5–10 business days.

  • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, customs checks, or events beyond our control (strikes, carrier delays, etc.).

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country and order value.

  • Free shipping is available above a certain order amount (you can specify, for example: “Free shipping on orders over £60 / €60 / $60”).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find the email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking the regulations in your country before placing an order.

Shipping Address and Errors

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If an incorrect or incomplete address leads to a return or loss of the parcel, we cannot be held liable. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Delayed parcel: please allow a few extra days after the estimated delivery date, then contact our support team with your order number.

  • Parcel marked as delivered but not received: check with your neighbours or building management, then contact the carrier and our team.

  • Damaged parcel: take clear photos of the parcel and the products and contact us within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are usually prepared quickly. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled; you will need to follow the return procedure (if applicable).
