These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of MilanoDrop products made on our website (the “Site”) by individual consumers for personal use only. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

3. Products

Colours and visuals shown on the Site are for illustration only and may vary slightly from the actual product. The customer is responsible for checking that the product is suitable for their own needs and skin type.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on the Site in the currency indicated (e.g. GBP, EUR, USD) and include/exclude taxes as specified at checkout. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties are shown separately before order confirmation. MilanoDrop reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force at the time of your order.

5. Orders

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Sale. You must review and confirm your order (products, quantities, delivery address, price) before payment. The sale is only concluded once your payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

MilanoDrop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:

  • Suspicion of fraud or abusive use of the Site

  • Error in price or product information

  • Stock unavailability

6. Availability

Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of stock shortage after your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may then choose between:

  • A new delivery date

  • An alternative product of equal value

  • A full refund for the unavailable product(s)

7. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of the order using the methods indicated on the Site (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). All payments are processed via secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Orders are only processed after full payment has been received.
